- During the period from June 25 - September 3, rental periods are from 3:00 p.m. on Sunday to 10:00 a.m. on the following Sunday.
- Rentals for shorter periods are available in the off-season (2 night minimum).
- Vacation rental agreement is required.
- Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens (sheets, blankets, and towels) are provided.
- No pets are allowed.
- Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the occupancy date. Deposit will be refunded less a processing fee of $100.00.
- If guest cancels the agreement less than 30 days from the occupancy date then all monies paid will be non-refundable.
