The vegetable & herb gardens are for your use. Fruits & vegetables like to be picked so that they continue to produce. Depending on when you visit Windgarth, we will have squash, tomatoes, several sorts of lettuce, swiss chard, onions, garlic, chives, two kinds of cucumber & peas. There will also be strawberries & cantaloupe. The herbs are also for picking, as garnish - we have dill, parsley, red peppers, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, thyme and several sorts of basil. |
